

What is the 60 Day Shift all about?
The overall goal of this challenge isn’t just to lose weight — though that will likely happen. The real focus is to shift the way you view food and to help you understand how what you put into your body can create lasting, life-changing results.
The workouts and physical activity are tailored to your fitness level, your schedule, and your personal goals. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan — it’s built around you.
The program runs for 8 weeks and is made up of small, simple goals that build over time. To give you an idea, Week 1’s goals include things like adding protein to every meal, taking pictures of what you eat, and learning to estimate calories by eye. Each week after that builds on the previous one, introducing new habits and helping you implement them step by step.

You won’t be doing this alone. I’ll be monitoring your progress right alongside you to make sure you’re getting the most out of all 8 weeks. Everything is done online, and your workouts can be done either at home or in the gym — whichever fits your lifestyle best.
