With the abundance of information and trainers out there, it can be challenging to know whom to trust. How can you take advice from a 25-year-old fitness influencer who has never been over 140 lbs? I have been in your shoes and know the frustration and pain of both gaining and losing weight. At one point, my weight was 320 lbs, and I was dealing with sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, and high cholesterol. Realizing a change was necessary, I embarked on this journey.
