I'm Marvin, I weighed 320lbs and managed to lose 100lbs in seven months. But then Covid hit 😔, my business closed, and I fell into a depression, turning to food and alcohol. I ended up gaining back 72lbs.
The toughest part of my journey back was simply starting, and I know many others face the same struggle.
Every day, I kept saying tomorrow's the day.
