The Journey Starts Now:

I'm Marvin, I weighed 320lbs and managed to lose 100lbs in seven months. But then Covid hit 😔, my business closed, and I fell into a depression, turning to food and alcohol. I ended up gaining back 72lbs.

 

The toughest part of my journey back was simply starting, and I know many others face the same struggle.

 

Every day, I kept saying tomorrow's the day.

 

I sat down one day and made a list of all the things I needed to get going again.

 

I focused on exercises that would give me the best results.

 

I focused on eating healthy foods without strict rules.

 

I researched and discovered that walking is the best form of cardiovascular exercise.

 

To improve my mindset, I picked a few books to read, and "Atomic Habits" by James Clear was my favorite. It really helped me.

 

With these tools, I began my journey!

 

During that tough time, I learned that the most challenging part was just taking that initial step...
